This is an excellent book, written very well, with lots of health information. The bonus for me are the recipes, which I have tried many from the book and they are all delicious and easy. I read it twice so far to keep motivated and have lost 10 pounds, that I don's want to find ever again!
Dr. Fuhrman has a straight forward, practical and effective approach to health and weight loss. If you stay on this diet, you will lose weight, period. And in the process you'll be reducing your risk of all those western diseases that are making life less pleasant... and of course, shorter. Unlike many other short-term weight loss diets, this one is a win-win. Dr. Fuhrman is the real deal.
