Book Description:

The bad part: I did not know how to use the features of kindle that would permit me to book mark and make notes until very recently.

The good part: I found the text had a wealth of data I would want to refer to. I expect to use it frequently. Worth the investment for me.

My back ground: 76 yo practicing physician who trains intensely most days of the week. I also encounter older men in my practice who are in terrible shape to whom I give advice (when asked).
