Whether you are exclusively a plant-based eater, or looking to simply ramp up your intake, this book will set you on that path with these simple to extravagant, easy to follow recipes. I am amazed at how accessible these recipes are with a few basic kitchen tools. A great variety of flavors and complexities, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- and not forgetting drinks + dessert! I am fortunate to have a Vitamix among my kitchen tools -- but this book contains a lot of convincing recipes that encourage buying both a spiralizer and a dehydrator!
