She has also worked as a consultant to improve web accessibility, web design and universal design. Dr. Stottlemyer received her PhD from Northcentral University, an MSQA from the California State University in Dominguez Hills, a M Ed from Northcentral University, an MA in Management and her MS in Legal Research from American Public University.
